Membership Agreement

1. Membership

Membership in The Executives Club is by approval of the operators and is personal to you.

2. Dues

Membership dues are non-refundable. [Placeholder — operator to confirm current pricing and billing terms once finalized.]

3. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is a condition of membership. What members share in meetings and through the Club is confidential; violating confidentiality is grounds for expulsion.

4. Code of conduct

Treat fellow members with respect and good faith. The Club is a place to learn from and support one another. [Placeholder — operators to expand conduct expectations.]

5. Term, renewal & termination
