These Terms govern use of the members website at members.execsfargo.com (the “Site”), operated by The Executives Club (the “Club”), Fargo, North Dakota.

1. Membership & accounts

Accounts are provided to approved members. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information in your profile.

2. Acceptable use

Use the Site and member information only for legitimate Club purposes. Do not scrape, resell, or misuse member contact information, or use the Site to harass or spam members.

3. Confidentiality

What is shared within the Club stays within the Club. Member information and discussions are confidential; breaching confidentiality may result in removal from the Club.

4. Content you provide

You control the visibility of your own profile fields (public, members-only, or private). You are responsible for the content you publish about yourself.

5. Disclaimer & changes
